Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the scheduled experience. Cancellations made 7-14 days before the experience will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the experience will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations due to weather or unforeseen circumstances may be rescheduled at no additional cost.
Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after cancellation approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. In case of disputes, please contact our customer service team.
Taste and Heritage Japan is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that occur during the experience. Participants assume all risks associated with the activity. We recommend purchasing travel insurance.
A confirmation email will be sent within 24 hours of booking. Payment link will be sent separately after booking confirmation.
Participants must be at least 16 years old. Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult. Special accommodations for families can be arranged upon request.
Participants must be in good physical health. Please inform us of any medical conditions or allergies in advance. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who poses a safety risk.
